It’s not hiding the ingredients - works perfectly
I see several reviews stating that it has alcohol. It’s clearly labeled and shouldn’t be a surprise. They also make an alcohol-free version. It’s not going to taste good, it’s an extract. There’s a reason why the instructions say to take with water or juice. I prefer the “alcohol” version for sleep. It’s a tiny amount, but the lemon balm itself works wonders. It also helps my wife sleep and eases her headaches. It’s a good product and at the most reasonable prices. I like this manufacturer and another one (the Hawaiian manufacturer). Both are excellent.

Just what I needed
I use this to replace the anti anxiety medication I’ve been taking. A syringe full right into my mouth or into my glass of water and my anxiety subsides miraculously! My herbalist sister recommended this for me and I’m so grateful I purchased it!

Before taking a few drops I recommend taking in a deep slow breath through the nose and smelling the Lemon Balm. Helped me calm down and feel relaxed immediately.

After taking Lemon Balm Leaf Liquid Extract only one time I got skipped heartbeats!!
It caused me skipped heartbeats!! I do not recommend it.
