Did the job...
I was hesitant to buy this product after reading the mixed reviews, but I did anyway because it was reasonably priced. I found it to be ideal for my project and it worked perfectly for me.

Useful and great value but not a good fastener
Really decent product for the price....but not a great fastener. I mainly use to punch a hole through where I then add a self tapping screw. It's easier than using a clamp to hold two pieces of tin together before adding the screw. I would give it a 5 star just for being really useful...but that's not what it's advertised as to be used for.

Amazing tool. Time saving. Easiest way to keep stud in place with almost zero efforts

Good quality
I bought this to replace my previous crimper (had that one for +20 years) for doing metal stud framing, it's a smooth working tool and it's always in my toolbox.

Perfect for limited use. Not an every day tool for professionals
I hate to give this a bad review as I've used it extensively. However, it's a cheap tool. With the lower quality fit/finish, it tends to get hung when you need it to release. The tool wore out becoming loose and sloppy after one job (3000kft building with about 400 studs being crimped. Keeping the tool clean and lubricated is a must. However, the wear still took over due to substandard materials. I still say it's worth the purchase if you're not needing to use it as your primary crimper. It got the job done but required more tinkering along the way.
