It is packaged as several sheets pressed together and cut into petal shapes. You have to pull each petal apart to seperate them into 1000 petals

Q: How many should I order if using on walkway for bride?

Depending on how revealing you want the appearance of the petals on the walkway would determine how much you would use. I used the petals to outline the walkway therefore I used about 10 packs. Also the length of the walkway is very important when ordering. I'm unable to tell you the exact amount because I do not know the length and how revealing you want the appearance. If you are using the petals sparingly then your need would not be as much as I needed.
