Have just had this a few days but was delighted to find a supplement with an adequate dose of elemental iron in the glycinate form. I only need 100mg a day for my weight and age but since the capsules are 100 mg each, it is a very convenient dose form. The capsules are very large but I have had no trouble swallowing them. One thing you might want to know. My bottle arrived with only an internal seal whereas most OTC supplements in my experience also have an external seal at the base of the cap. I ended up calling Nature Made to be sure the external seal was not supposed to be there and they informed me they have discontinued the external seal and just to be sure the internal seal is intact.

The product is good, & I definitely noticed it helping with sleep. That being said, the pills are just way too big for me. I actually got them stuck in my throat a couple times, which I was able to either cough it back up, or swallow really hard, but it was still very alarming. I liked the product, but I'm planning to switch to gummies or a powder. I'm editing this review and adding a star, because I figured out a way that works for me to swallow it. First off, I drink water before I take it, & leave a little water in my mouth. Then, I take a really huge gulp of water and swallow. Doing that helps it slide down easily. It just takes a lot more water than I ever had to take, even with large pills. So now that I've found a way that works, I would repurchase.

I trust NatureMade - it's the one supplement brand I buy without worrying. I wanted to try Magnesium in the hope it helps with my visual migraines, and with my vestibular system wonkiness. Won't hurt; maybe will help. And this is affordable. Zero stomach upset. I don't feel anything after I take them. I do take one in the morning and one at night and not at the same time. These are rather large but it doesn't bother me - I take one with a couple other vitamins and down they go. Guess I'll see if there's any improvement but it can take 3-4 months so don't expect overnight 'miracles' with anything.

Best alternative to Melatonin, it makes you feel very relaxed and you can fall asleep soon . My therapist recommended it me, I didnt believe him as I was relying in melatonin alot, but melatonin made me groggy in the morning, sometimes through the way. You remain fresh the next day, I haven't experienced any side effects so far. I wish knew about it sooner. This is savior.

I take 3 of these every morning after breakfast with a hot drink plus my other water soluble vitamins like B's & C. It agrees with me and doesn't cause stomach or gut distress. I was magnesium deficient due to AKI and bp med side effect but these, everyday, are helping me keep my magnesium levels up. Bloodwork is recommended before deciding on a dose.

These pills are a lot bigger than the actual others. I purchased a smaller bottle but the exact same as the larger bottle. They are larger in size( pills) I was taking two( the smaller bottle. I now take one that I have the larger pills but the same exact dose is in these. I notice I would wake up with a headache as I hadn’t before.
