Perfectly weighted metal barrel!
There's something about a metal barrel pen. This pen is fantastic. It's weighted just perfectly and the ink is very smooth. It doesn't skip or bleed. I use this pen nearly every day and have to buy refills regularly. I keep an eye on this pen and make sure if anyone borrows it, I get it right back, it is a pen that people will steal. I get many compliments on my pens and this is one of them. If you are a lover of pens absolutely buy this one! I don't care what the price is, it's a quality pen.

Great quality, solid, and hefty pen!! Zebra rules!
Amazing pen! Has a great feel and a good amount of heft to it! Really feels like a quality pen especially for the price. I'm a sucker for all things Zebra. Writes incredibly smooth, cam with 2 refills, one black and one blue, including a little blue ring you can screw on with the barrel to indicate what color the ink is that you are using. I'm a pen geek and I love this pen.

Best pen imaginable within 5 times its price point
There is, quite simply, no pen at this price point that can touch the quality of this pen. It is well made, solid, comfortable, writes well, doesn’t smear for us lefties, and is a great weight. I also love the narrow profile. I’ve tried many $50 to $100 pens, including a much of bolt actions and this pen is my favorite. Plus, at $10, you don’t have to stress about losing it. Is there anything I don’t like? Maybe one thing. The refill doesn’t last terribly long.

A pen that almost checks all the boxes
(PHOTO: My pen with the click button replaced)This is a very nice pen overall. The gel ink is a highlight and it's my favorite pen to write with for that reason. The gel ink leaves a consistent and smooth line. The pen is weighted heavily to the tip which I like. I would appreciate just a touch more balance, but the brass barrel may be an obstacle to that. The barrel is super nice to hold and in writing position the weighting feels good. The clip is sturdy and almost tough to get off anything I clip it on which is awesome. Everyone I work with loves using this pen. Unfortunately I have found this pen to be lacking in build quality compared to Zebra's F-701. My issues with this pen specifically are regarding the clicker on top. It was very loose when protruding from the pen and had much more wobble than is acceptable for me. After about a week and a half of use I dropped this pen to the floor for the first time and the click button completely broke off the pen, making it unusable. I'm not sure if I received a defective product but I will not be buying another since I've managed to make a repair using a part from a papermate inkjoy 300RT (The best budget pen IMO). The finish will almost certainly wear off of this pen, revealing the color of the brass beneath it. Not an issue for me, but good info for some. Overall I love this pen even despite the difficulties and I would have bought a new one had I not managed to fix it.

Seemingly improved model (2023) from the initial version
I initially bought this pen back in 2021 a few years back, to add to my collection of affordable EDC pens. I was already a fan of Zebra's excellent F-701/F-xMD pens, the venerable staple of every EDC pen user, so I decided to get this new gel ink offering; later buying a replacement today in 2023 after the first one got beat to hell by a padlock in my work bag.The first one still works fine, it just has a bunch of unsightly and uneven dings and scratches exposing the bare brass under the paint.First impressions of the 2023 production run of the pen side-by-side with the 2021 version: It seems that they must have changed or otherwise improved the manufacturing for this pen. The grip knurling on the new seems to be significantly more defined and tactile; the old one's knurling was significantly more shallow, almost decorative. If I had to describe the sensation, I'd probably place the knurling at a hair less aggressive than the usual F-701 grip section, about comparable to my Rotring 600.The clicky mechanism also seems to have been improved. The click mechanism has a lot more positive feedback. More defined than the old one, the latter of which had an almost squishy sensation, with a weaker spring and a slightly longer "travel" time before the mechanism engaged. This is MUCH more noticeable if you're using "converted" ink refills to substitute for the OEM ink stick.Speaking of the ink: it still goes by fast, lol. This is a very smooth and very wet writer, and visually the ink reservoir seems to be about the same amount what an F-701 cartridge uses, but it goes through it quick. The new packaging makes up for this by including a couple of refills this time, 1 black and 1 blue stick (with an optional blue metal band replacement for the body to color-code which ink you're using!).Overall: I'd recommend this pen. It's affordable, it's durable, it writes well. I would still prefer the F-701 over it if it came down to a choice between the two, but the G-750 is still an excellent writer that I'm going to keep rotating in my line-up.Cheers.

Love it, but...
I've been using Zebra F-402s for a very long time. They write well and last for a really long time. Almost indestructible. I've worn them out (twisting the clip, stepping on it). I just love them. A new co-worker had a G-750. Tried it and had to have one. Had this one for less than a year. Dropped it today from about 2'. I was so disappointed that the clicker (?) just snapped off. I've never had a pen break so easily. oh well. Other than that it has been good pen. Feels good in the hand. Both in weight and grip. The gel ink flows well and dries quickly.
