This box is ok... but really could be better for the price! The box itself is adequate... kind of cheap looking though, not nice enough in my opinion to be a “display” piece. What kills me is the flimsiest plastic inserts inside... the kind of cheap, thin “velvet” lined plastic that is literally like having a piece of garbage in it. It doesn’t hold up to the weight of being filled with metal bands- it bends when you try to move it. If there were ANY alternative boxes that fit my needs right now I’d return this one in a heartbeat, but honestly nothing else was big enough to hold everything so I’m kinda stuck. Move along if you can...

The case is very sturdy and looks nice. The nice addition of the actual glass panel is a nice touch and really showcases the bands below. Like others have said the trays are really cheap and flimsy. The trays also have a thin layer of felt like coating applied to them. To fix the issues with the tray, I cut out one of the flaps from the Amazon shipping box and then glued it to the bottom of the top tray. You don't have to glue the flap to the tray, and just rest it in there on top of the bottom tray, but then you have to remove the top tray and the flap every time you want to access the bottom tray. You really don't need to do this to both since presumably, the bottom tray will always stay within the case. This allows the top tray to sit flat, with no sagging, and will prevent the tray from sinking into the bottom tray. Even with this added thickness, both trays still fit perfectly into the case. I would have given this case 5 stars had it not been for the cheap trays.

This is the case I thought I was looking for; it was a present. The outside is perfect with a see through glass and it can hold 14 straps without trying to loop watch bands through 2 stretchy pieces. Well, the strap holders are cheap plastic which, unfortunately, ruin a great case.

Plastic trays are too flimsy and can’t hold much weight. They also sink within each other when stacked, crushing the bands they hold on the lower tray. This creates an uneven top tray. Used some wall tacky putty to keep them both in place (see pics). Looks great overall though.

Price was way too much for something so cheaply made
