ma se volete fare la detroit style pizza è probabilmente l'unica che garantisce il miglior risultato. L'impasto ha altissima idratazione e matura in teglia. Condizioni perfette per avere un ammasso solido ancorato alla teglia che vi costringerà all'uso di strumenti per staccare la pizza dalla teglia con quasi certezza di rovinarla. Questa no, questa è semplicemente P E R F E T T A. E questa perfezione si fa pagare fino all'ultimo cent, sicuro.

Perfect for Detroit style pizza - the real deal!
Great pans perfect for Detroit style pizza. Plus they can withstand the 400/500F of my wood fired oven (fits inside an Uuni Pro). Pizza comes out so easy too. Tad expensive but guess they’ll last a life time & nice they mimic the original Detroit factory utensil trays cooks improvised with back in the day & are used by Detroit style pizza restaurants now.

Did a side by side comparison with the aluminium tray that I've normally used. Results are day and night! Great pan! Highly recommend.
