I love the pack, it’s comfortable. Right up until the straps come loose. I probably had to tighten the chest straps 2 or more times per km. Which I feel is a lot. Especially when this a good name brand.

I ran 8.45 miles with this beat first time out with it and it didn’t bounce and was comfortable even with a tank top on. Nice vest and for my longer hikes has plenty of room for a small lunch and necessary supplies for a day hike.

I love this backpack! I wear it on all hikes and runs! I have even brought it paddle boarding and kayaking with me. It is the perfect bag and has helped me PR on more than one race. Training with this bag has been so helpful! I haven’t gotten any back pain, bruising or rashes from rubbing. It is super durable and has lasted several years and is still going strong. I have used this bag for 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon and all of the training in between. Nathan bags are worth the price tag!
