Q: Are they adhisive or not?

No they are not adhesive. There is a glue that goes with this. I purchased red and cut them to the soles of my shoes. Glue holds well. Now I have 2 pair of red bottom shoes.

Q: Can i use this for felted slippers?

If you can find glue that will stick to the felt it will. This material is excellent; very light weight but very durable!

Q: is the shoe tred material latex free for sensitive skin?

Yes. You have to purchase the glue to glue them to the soles of shoes. I purchased the red rubber sheet and now I have 2 pair of red bottom shoes.

Q: Will this work on moccasins?

I think it will be fine as long as you use the shoe goo to permanently adhere it to the moc. I have resolved various pairs and it’s worked beautifully.
