I read a few negative reviews, but this foot stool was exactly what I needed. I love that the legs just pushed into place -- no tools needed! I needed a foot rest because my desk and office chair are a little too high me, and this works perfectly. I put it to use in under three minutes from unwrapping. (And it was well-packed.) Rubber pads on the bottom, just the right height, and it looks nice.

I’m using this as my meditation altar! It assembled in less than 30 seconds and has a beautiful finish! It’s perfect! Very good quality and very stable.

Love this and it looks nice next to the bed. However, mine sits on a thick carpet and kind of wobbles if I don’t step directly in the middle. Might keep that in mind if you have trouble with balance and have thicker carpet. It would be fine probably with berber type carpet or a large rug.

The description says that the stool is made of 100% wood. That appears to be the case but the stool feels, sounds and looks like plastic. Basically, the reality of it is very disappointing - not something that should cost $35.

I use this to raise my pet bowls so they can eat easier. Sturdy and look good.

I’ve had this a long time, great for my cats food and water. Legs come off so it’s been great to pack when traveling. My cat loves to stand on this when the bowl isn’t there, not sure why but she likes it as well.

The slat legs are meant to fit into the top of the stool, the part you stand on. BUT, they do notcome close to fitting securely. Just picking the stool up results in the legs falling out.I stepped on it to reach the top of my kitchen cabinet and it fell apart instantly whichresulted in a trip to the ER for me. Luckily I had a badly sprained wrist from trying tobreak my fall but I still need to wear a brace until it heals for 2-3 weeks. This could have been muchworse even deadly, I was fortunate to not have hit my head.I see that other reviewers have mentioned how dangerous this stool is and I should have takentheir reviews more seriously. Amazon must stop selling this stool immediately before more peopleget injured even killed. When it falls apart while you are standing on it, ithappens very fast and unexpectedly giving you no time to brace yourself.
