This product is fabulous. It does an effective job of pain relief as well as aids in healing.I have only one complaint: the product is now sent without its Sy ren box. The product now arrives solo in a mailing envelope. Contents in jar are very messy due to the lack of its own Sy ren Intimate relief box. More importantly than aesthetics is the missing information contained on the box.

This has been heaven sent. Due to menopause and a severe yeast infection I was left with issues for intercourse. Vestibular pain. Its not painful intercourse but pain on the vaginal entry-similar to an episiotomy; like sharp needle stick. This numbed that area and for the first time in 4 years I was able to enjoy intercourse with my husband without flinching or hurting. Highly recommend for anyone with Vestibular pain.The amount used was about the size of a quarter on two fingers.It stings just a bit, nothing serious.I waited 15 minutes to use and had no regrets.The down side-*It leaked in the package*Very messy to applyA pump version would be more ideal even if the price increased it'd be worth it!

I would NEVER have purchased if I had known lidocaine was anywhere in this. I have a genetic condition that makes lidocaine a no-go. So when this arrived and that is *clearly* what it is, I had to double check the product listing. That confirmed that lidocaine as not just "an ingredient" but the MAIN ingredient is NOT listed *anywhere* in the Amazon product listing. Totally angry that I,not only wasted money and time, but if I had not been paying close attention I could have done harm to myself.

Gave some soothing relief, but not relief from pain

I’m surprised I hadn’t tried this until now. I have vaginismus and am going through pelvic floor therapy. This has helped so much with using the dilators without much, if any, pain! I was able to use my largest dilator for the first time without the horrible burning sensation. It does burn a little during the initial application, but that’s just how lidocaine is. It goes away within a few minutes. I haven’t gotten BV or a yeast infection from this so far either, so doesn’t seem to throw of the pH down there! Definitely definitely recommend if you’re in need of some relief with penetration.

I love this product. After sex, I shower and apply the gel to the external vulva. It is cool and soothing and I notice immediate relief. It is now a staple of mine.
