Great quality- seems to open client’s nasal passages. They say it’s more comfortable than a standard head rest. Covers fit. *when using, ensure to tilt it up more than you normally do. When clients head/face rest on it- the padding sinks down causing their neck to droop.

big head,, small head,, neck issues.. these will decide how comfortable this is. why ? well, you raise the head and neck slightly, when using this on a bed. if you have a true massage table, your head stays level, if not a slight downward angle. if you have any issue raising your head, or leaning your neck back, this might not be as comfortable as you wish otherwise, its close to 5 stars for comfort.. really nice.. only used sparingly, so cant speak to longevity..

I am a massage therapist and my clients comfort on my table comes before anything

Because this face cushion has a contoured shape I expected it to be a lot more fitted to my face than it actually is. It’s huge, like it’s made for a giant head. As a result, only the edge of my forehead and sides of my cheeks touch the cushion. So I end up having a lot more pressure on those spots than with my old cushion. I’m disappointed.

For a massage table only, won't work as well on the floor

2 Stars – Not Comfortable & Didn’t Work as a Replacement I bought this face pillow hoping to replace the square Master Massage face cradle that came with my table—it’s nearly impossible to find covers that fit the square version, so I thought this would be an easy solution. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out. I tested it on a client, and they were constantly adjusting their face during the massage. I tried it myself and felt pressure in awkward spots—it just wasn’t comfortable. The pillow feels flimsy and lacks proper support or contouring. I ended up switching to the Earthlite face cradle and pillow, which fit my Master Massage table perfectly and is way more comfortable. I wish I could return this one, but I didn’t keep the box. Disappointed overall—wouldn’t recommend unless you’re really in a pinch.

The previous massage pillows lasted 4 yrs being used constantly every day by many, looking forward to our new set.
