I finally found a harness that fits my Maltese and is attractive. It’s easy to put on and she seems to be very comfortable. It’s well made - O don’t have to put a safety pin to stop the buckle from slipping.

Not a huge fan of the gigantic rings or big plastic buckle - it all seems a bit oversized for the size of the harness itself, but the harness is good. It’s lightweight and seems to be well constructed. The large is a little big on my dog (8 month old lab mix) but he’s still growing and has outgrown a medium. I may just need to adjust it better. It’s a bit hard to adjust the Velcro bit across the front with the loose end being on the side touching the dog’s chest, but it makes sense, he (or another dog) can’t bite it and unfasten it. The whole thing is a lot more reflective than I expected, which is kinda cool. The red part almost looks like it glows in the dark. (It doesn’t. It’s just very reflective.) In all, it’s serving its purpose well and was worth the money.

My JackRussell mix wears the small size. This harness is easy to adjust, fits perfectly and is an attractive blue. It is the easiest harness I have owned to place on my dog. He seems comfortable wearing it. I love the handle to hold him back when necessary. It has three rings —one in the middle and one on each side. He does not pull when wearing it. Great buy.

This is a very sturdy harness and extremely easy to put on. It is a tad larger than the measurements. I did the proper measurements on my dog, and both front and belly bands are all the way in and it's still a tad loose. A small would have been better - (this is for a 35 lb pit mix with a barrel chest).The side loops for the lease are useless, as the nature of a circle is the leash follows the line of external pressure. They get caught constantly while using the middle ring. they stay in the up position fairly well and eliminates most of this, but if they have to be there (for patent reasons, I assume, they need to be made smaller or have a system to keep them out of the way.These gripes are minor and I would still recommend it - for the company - I think these changes would greatly enhance the functionality and make this item more desirable (even at a slightly higher price point).

Had tried at least a dozen different harnesses before finding this gem on Amazon.Pro's:1. Very easy to slip on and only 1 clip versus the traditional 22. Top & front leash connector (assuming you buy the extra front clip) and easy to grab handle on the top3. Best we've experienced from a no-pull perspective; the fit is solid and the design of the harness make it easy to control our pup4. Very easy to resize if you've got a growing pup5. Stylish - we get a lot of complimentsNo real cons versus the other brands we've tried. It's not the cheapest harness but also not the most expensive. Must have from our perspective (and our pup's).

This harness is really easy to put on and very nice. My dogs liked it. It's a little heavy but fine for larger dogs. The leash that goes with it is very good quality as well. Very happy with the harness and leash.

I have a beagle- which is basically a nose with legs. So he does pull on the leash when there is a scent that intrigues his (which is always). We don't go for walks as much as meanders. He also has shown a unique ability to get out of his collar. We even have a martingale collar (limited slip) - but still he is able escape the collar. He is also able to get out of most vests. The approach we finally hit upon was to hook the leash up to both the collar and the vest.For a number of years, we were using a Kong vest, with two clips and a variety of straps/buckles that didn't stay put (i.e. they slipped) and there were two buckles that needed to be clippped together. When it wore out, I decided to try the ShawnCo. I was impressed with both its sturdiness and ease of use (one buckle). It took a couple of walks to get it adjusted just right. But I have to say this is the best vest I've used so far.

I love how easy this harness is to put on and how comfortable it seems to my dog. She just sticks her nose in and one quick buckle and we are ready to go. Quick easy removal as well.The bad: it doesn’t stay centered. It seems to rotate a bit while she wears it. Also, despite the fact that it fits snugly she can slip it over her head if the leash is tight and she is pulling against it backwards. If you are leading her somewhere she doesn’t want to go you have to stay at an angle to the dog. The collar lifts in the back and slips over her head. Then she just pulls her front legs out. This is especially worrisome if you are walking her in a high traffic area and she gets scared. In other words when you need it to be the most secure it isn’t.I love the side attachment points. Great for bicycle rides. Quality made and despite my negative comments this is till our go to harness. Wish it had a front attachment point and something to keep her from slipping it over her head.

This harness is very well made and Shawnco is very supportive in trying to make things work as best they can.

This harness is well madeI bought a size medium for my two Staffordshire bull terrier’s.Although they are adjustable.Easy to adjust to the size you need.I mainly bought them because of the 3 D ring’s. I use a coupling chain to walk my dog’s together on one lead.Very pleased with the harness and would recommend
