CeraStone Ceracast Ceramic Non Stick Wave Wok, 11-Inch, White

I purchased this pan to use on an induction counter top burner. The burner would not work with that pan. I tried moving the pan around on the burner top but the burner still did not recognize the pan as being there. I cycled the power on the burner by unplugging it from the outlet then plugging it back in after 30 seconds. No change.I have 6 other pans/pots that work fine. I was wondering if it was a size issue but I have one pan that is smaller and thinner than the CeraStone pan and it works fine. Amazon exchanged the pan for another one. The second CeraStone pan did not work on an induction counter top burner either. I asked a friend to test the pan on their induction counter top burner. Same issue, the induction counter top burner did not recognize that a pan was on top the burner.I'm not sure why the pan does not work since the bottom of the pan is magnetic but it does not work, at least, on the two induction counter top burners I tried.I tried contacting the manufacture and the email bounced back. Now you know why I gave it three stars.

I had big expectations from this product given the price, however, like other ceramic coated pans this one is a let down too. I bought the pan 3 months ago and already there are multiple scratches and on the bottom despite only using wooden spatulas and soft washing cloth. It is really frustrating to spend so much money and still get a cheap product.. would not recommend it!

After using this pan four about a year with a plastic utensil only, the coating is coming off. Eggs stick to it like glue.This is not a cheap pan but it is total JUNK. I will never ever purchase another CeraStone product.

Very fine cook ware; wish I could afford the entire line; highly recommended.

This item is not good, not stain free. Stain never removed from this.no good to buy

I must have gotten a faulty one because my pan sticks all the time and that is with adding either olive oil or butter. I wish I could return it. It tends to work better over a very hot flame but I am so sad I bought this pan.

Arrived with a broken handle

Highly recommended. I've compared other similar pans in stores and this one is by far the best quality pan and at a bargain for the price.So far, Ive stir fried vegs and scrambled eggs as well as shrimp fried rice and it was a cinch to cook with and very easy clean up as nothing sticks to the pan.
