Bought the size L (14-16) for a 12 year old, with average weight and below average height. These fit well, little loose but that is how he prefers them. I think these will fit him a year or two. They washed well, got a bit softer in the wash and kept the shape.

I bought this underwear for my 10 year old and he loves them for the comfort. Good quality and thickness. The fabric is soft to his skin.

I love these briefs. I wish they made these colors in mens sizes but boys XL fits me fine, the waistband is a little narrow but not bad. I love showing these off in the locker room.
