i use two heaped tablespoons of Tandoori Masala mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric with two cups of Plain Greek Yogurt, mix together and marinade Chicken overnight. I then make my Gravy with 2 teaspoons of Kashmiri Chill powder, 1 teaspoon of Cumin powder 1 teaspoon of Coriander powder, put into 2 medium chopped Onions 2 teaspoons of Ginger/Garlic paste with 12 Cashew nuts liquidised with a small amount of milk. Fry up onions, then add ginger/garlic paste fry for 10 minutes then add a can of chopped tomatoes. Fry chicken until brown then add to gravy and cook on a low heat until tender, serve with Basmati rise.

So I put 2 tablespoons yogurt to 2 dessert spoons of masala, avfew shakesbof lemon juice and viola! Marinade done and leave o/n if poss....ps I dont use oil!
