Let me tell you, if it weren’t for these Ginger Chews, I might have been featured in one of those “flight from hell” stories. I popped one in, braced for the taste (a mix of sweet, spicy, and “are my tastebuds supposed to tingle like this? But I just realized they have more flavors so definitely going to be keeping that in mind next time”), and about ten minutes later, miracle. The nausea backed off, my body relaxed, and I didn’t have to make a mad dash for the tiny bathroom while my seatmate judged me. Have bought these multiple times. I do not like the taste of ginger, but these are not overwhelming. Cost a little more than I would like to pay, but they work so I will continue to use. I occasionally get migraines. I will have some nausea first and sometimes I can ward off the headache with these.

Good to have on hand for sudden onset if vertigo. Good tasting

These work great but if you are a person trying to lose weight it is not for you......each piece has 5grams of sugar.
