Absolutely Positively Amazed!I have tried other pre workouts (to remain nameless) before and actually fell asleep waiting for the 45 minutes to pass before my workout. I would say that they were an absolute joke!NOT ThermoPre! This stuff is the CAT'S MEOW! It does not have a bitter or nasty taste like some others I have tried, It does not make me crash after my workout (in fact it seems to keep working), ThermoPre gives me an incredible amount of energy! Enough energy in fact to have ran 3 miles straight after being a couch potato for the last 5 years and gaining 75 pounds. However I don't recommend you do that, Boy were my quads and calves sore for the next couple of days LOL! on the bright side I did burn about 1500 Calories!Anyway, back to ThermoPre. I can say that after my workouts I still have tons of energy, but not the kind that will prevent me from calling it a night and going to sleep if I need to. This product has also aided me in losing some unwanted fat! I have lost 7.2 pounds since I began taking this before my workouts. It gives me the needed energy to go and go, I don't have to cut my workouts short because I don't get tired as fast! Before I ordered ThermoPre I would walk about a mile in my neighborhood before I just about broke down and called it quits, this was not helping me lose weight. BUT NOT ANYMORE! My daily workout consists of 5 miles, alternating power walking ad jogging every half a mile and that is definitely working for me, Thanks to ThermoPre!I will be re ordering this when mine is gone, and I strongly suggest you get some if you just can't muster the energy to get in a good quality fat burning workout!

Okay, just came in the mail and I prepared my shaker cup for a workout (haven’t seen the Thermo effect yet). Prior to purchase, I read most reviews and when I saw the 1 stars for flavor, I thought people were being dramatic. Turns out, THIS DRINK IS NASTY! Baby Tylenol tastes better than this. This stuff tastes like aspirin with one drop of watermelon juice. I took the first sip and instantly became mad because it doesn’t make sense for a pre-workout to be this in enjoyable. I was looking for a natural, vegan pre-workout. Turns out the reviewers were right in saying there is now milk in this stuff. If there is going to be milk, may as well use a different sweetener because YUCK. I want a refund. Someone getting up at 4/5 in the morning and downing a pre-workout shouldn’t have to suffer from such a nasty drink. At least make it enjoyable! Or even people who get off work in the evening; the last thing they need is a drink that tastes like peppery aspirin. I’ve tried many pre-workouts and I’m not a complainer, but this one is inexcusable. The company ought to be ashamed of themselves and Amazon should take this product from its store. I saw a couple people say they mixed the drink with a flavored BCAA- I will try that, even though I shouldn’t have to!!!!!! I feel like going into the kitchen and adding some sweetener to this stuff. Even then, it won’t take away the bitterness and the awful aftertaste.

Fully disclosed and packed with energy and nootropics... what more can you ask for?I've taken all kinds of pre workouts in my 10-12 year history of supplementation, along with energy drinks here and there.Thermo Pre is basic and straight forward but has some quality ingredients that I like to see in more pre's like KSM 66, ALCAR, and more.The ingredients:Everything is disclosed and there for you to look at but I love bringing up KSM 66 because that stuff is amazing.It has multiple benefits ranging from testosterone, strength enhancing to cortisol decreasing and fat loss.I wish this had a bit more though but I know that may mess up the flavoring since it's hard to mask that!Maybe they could remove beta alanine since that's underdosed and have more KSM 66 ?Effectiveness:This stuff works. It provides energy, smooth focus and does it very well.I like taking this on an empty stomach in the morning first thing and it'd really provide a jumpstart to my day.The only downside is the Capsimax, that stuff makes me feel nauseous as I've heard this is a common problem with this ingredient.I once took this and went driving but as I was reversing I felt very lightheaded and just nauseous and I remembered that this ingredient causes that.I eventually realized I couldn't take it on an empty stomach so to avoid the side effects I just had a little snack before taking this and I felt a little better.But for that reason and the underdosing of beta alanine loses a star. I would still rate it 4.5 if I could but nearly every supplement has their negatives.Pros:Energy and focus for nice long periods of timeKSM 66 for overall health, strength enhancing, stress management and fat burningMostly fully dosedFully disclosedConsUnderdoses beta alanine (wish they could just remove it for more KSM!)Capsimax makes me nausous and lightheaded if taken on a empty stomachOverallThis is one of the best fat burning pre workouts I've seen a while. Possibly raised the bar for its ingredients which I think is partly ahead of it's time but with a few flaws like the capsimax issues I mentioned.
