The description made it seem as it’s the US version while it’s actually the UK version , there is no “circle of life” Or “can you feel the love tonight”!

I was quite disappointed with this Simba Tonie. No matter how much I increase the volume, the audio remains very low and is barely audible. In comparison to other Tonies I own, this seems to be the only one with this issue. I expected the same quality as the others, so this was quite frustrating. I would appreciate any insights on whether this is a defect or a common issue.
