Works as advertised, and you get a lot for what you pay for. It’s helped lower my cortisol levels and I notice it helps with my overall feelings of stress and even my heart rate after I drink coffee. Will absolutely buy again!

Life saver
Night shift worker here. This is awesome. Kind of a weird after taste. But helps me fall asleep and stay asleep leaving me feel more energized when I wake up. Also reasonably priced as far as supplements go.

A great product.
I tried this product because I have been under a lot of stress lately. So much stress that I was having symptoms such as my left eye was twitching and jumping like a kid at a trampoline park. After some research I found Ashwagandha was a great natural stress reliever. After 1 day on it I will say I feel somewhat calmer, but what I do notice the most is my eye has stopped twitching and jumping. That in itself is a miracle from God. Thank you.
