I have RedPocket Cellular on Verizons BackBone. As Long as you are in a Major Suburban Area& Don't Roam Much Your In Great Shape. If you hate Customer Service Be Happy you only needWhen you start the service.

I live in Texas, there are places I cannot get signals or poor receptions. But it works fine on my usual locations such as home and office so for me, it might be worth to hang on despite the previous mentioned issue.

Red Pocket's customer service is hit or miss as with any of the cell carriers. Frustrating experience for my son and I. Functionality itself seems to be on par with what we had.

Visual voicemail on the iPhone disabled every month, requiring a lengthy interaction with poor customer service after long wait times to reactivate. Then, poof, 4.5 months into a 6 month prepaid period they simply DISABLE VISUAL VOICEMAIL WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE! Wish I'd been told, a whole business day went by and I was missing important voicemails and clients were wondering why I wasn't responding. Even with the inconvenience, advance notice would have been a must. Disabling a critical feature with no warning is ridiculous.Bottom line: there are many other options on the major carrier networks, depending on the region / your local service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this service, there are just better options out there.
