Q: Is there any ventilation in it/Holes for breathing? And is it sturdy?

I just got mine and it is very nice. It doesn't have holes for breathing but there was enough space in the front to breath normally while still having it fit nicely. It also holds its shape way better than I thought it would, it accidentally feel off of my dresser and there is not even a scratch on it. I love everything about it.

Q: What are the lenses made out of?

The lenses are not hard like lenses in sunglasses, it's kinda like the red lens from old 3d glasses, were it will bend, but its definitely thicker and of higher quality. Defiantly worth the money, very good quality, helmet is sturdy, the lenses would be the only week point (would not use for paintball for example)
