Bought two of these recently as a cheaper alternative to the Williams-Sonoma $50 Goldtouch Pro cake pans my spouse had suggested. I was pleasantly surprised at how solid and heavy they are. They appear very well-manufactured, and the side handles are a nice improvement over the pricier Goldtouch pans. We've used these KitchenAid pans to make Detroit-style pizza so far and the crusty burnt oil, cheese and sauce wiped right off, leaving no residue or staining at all, so the non-stick coating is working well. These pans ship in a recyclable clear plastic bag with paper label stuck to the pan surface - no excessive packaging, but also particularly dependent on gentle handling by Amazon, so might be be best to order them separately (as I did).
