I started with Sciatica on Wednesday 7th Jan and I was in agony. Despite using a lot of medication, I couldn't sleep due to the pain which was down my left side from my lower back to foot. I couldn't stand up straight to walk. I bought this knee pillow following an agonising weekend and it arrived on Tuesday 13th and I used it for the first time. I got 5 hours solid sleep!. Yes, the pain eventually woke me up but it was the longest I had slept since the previous Wednesday. I have now used it every night since Tuesday 13th and today ( Monday) was the first time I was able to stand up straight and walk without bending forward. It seems clear to me that many years of bad sleeping habits can't be undone overnight and so I was determined to persist with the pillow. Using the pillow has without doubt assisted in reducing the pain and allowed me to sleep until the Sciatica subsides. I have been a side sleeper all my life but realised these last couple of years that my back was suffering, likely because of my sleeping posture. This knee pillow, whilst not being a 'miracle cure' for the pain of sciatica has most certainly been a most important help to my recovery. Will I continue to use it once the sciatica attack has subsided? Most certainly. Using it has demonstrated to me that it will certainly assist in deterring further attacks of this sort. It is extremely comfortable to use, cool, soft yet firm and stays in position. It has reduced pressure on the knee of my right leg by correcting my posture. Also, it doesn't impinge on my husband's 'space' in our bed, unlike an ordinary pillow. Great value for money and would recommend.

Orthoblock offers me life changing comfort. At last, I can get a good nights sleep. No more knee pain keeping me awake. You can’t put a price on a good nights sleep, but this knee pillow represents good value. Memory foam adjusts to suit your shape and size. I love the properties that prevent overheating. Quality of the cover appears to be hygienic, durable and washable. Maybe invest in a second cover to allow for washing.

I have used the pillow for 3 nights now and it has definitely and considerably reduced my hip pain. The strap keeps it in place without being tight.

This knee pillow has worked a treat for me, always had bother with my knees aching as they were clashing during sleep which I think added to my sciatica problem around my hip but the size of the pillow is just right and knees easily slip into the design. I was sceptical as to how such a knee pillow would ease my aching hip and sciatica but it did, pretty much the first night I used it I woke up not pain free but so much less pain and my pain has reduced every night since, the firmness of the product certainly helps keep my knees in place. It is very ergonomic so my knees hardly know its there, it is extremely comfortable and of a fabric the air seems to circulate very well. The cover comes off via a zip so easy to clean. I feel the pillow, with the comfort and easing of my pain, is definitely good value for money especially having tried all sorts of so called remedies.

Lovely product, fast delivery and well presented. Quality is excellent. Used on first night of receipt, was comfortable and relieved the sciatic pain down my left side as supported my leg from collapsing and pressing on nerve. Also found very useful having a strap to hold in place but works just as well without using the strap. I did use as a back support to keep me propped up straight on the settee which was not its intended use but worked very well!

I bought this for my sciatica and it was really comfortable until the strap came off as I was about to turn over, it also lost the stretchiness in the strap only had it less than a month.

I purchased the Orthoblock knee pillow to see if it would help my aching hips while I’m in bed. Hoping it might aid a good night’s sleep and not be woken with pain in my hip area. Well I wasn’t disappointed. I’ve been using it now for 2 weeks and I have found a definite improvement in my sleep pattern and feeling a lot less achy in the morning. It’s extremely well made as well. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

J'utilise ce petit coussin magique presque toutes les nuits, je me lève avec moins voir pas de mal de dos au réveil. Il tient juste un peu chaud mais c'est exceptionnel. Je ne regrette pas mon achat

Nach nur einer Nacht bin ich begeistert! Mein Mann und ich leiden seit vielen, vielen Jahren unter starken Schmerzen im unteren Rücken und in den Knien... Wir haben versucht, Kissen zwischen unsere Beine zu legen, normale Kissen, wie wir sie unter unseren Köpfen verwenden. Leider rutschen die Kissen während der Nacht heraus und verschwinden irgendwo. Wir haben auch unser Bett und unsere Matratze gewechselt, aber ohne Erfolg. Heute Morgen sind wir wie durch Zauberhand ohne Schmerzen aufgewacht! Wir sind nachts nicht aufgewacht, um nach dem Kissen zu suchen, da es dank des Riemens an seinem Platz geblieben ist. Erwähnenswert ist auch die Gelschicht, die den thermischen Komfort erheblich verbessert hat, sodass wir an der Stelle, an der das Kissen lag, nicht geschwitzt haben, was zuvor mit einem normalen Kissen ein Problem war. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, und mein Freund hat Ihr Kissen heute auf meine Empfehlung hin bereits bestellt, da er sich einer Bandscheibenoperation unterzogen hat und ich glaube, dass es ihm helfen wird, bequemer zu schlafen :)
