Surprisingly these teabags are pleasant to drink.They work very well, relaxing me and bringing sleep more quickly.

Brilliant sleep aid, best one I’ve tried
I’ve tried a few of these tea’s as I have trouble sleeping, and this is by far the best one! The taste isn’t very nice, however what I do I put a strong mint or piece of chewing gum in the bottom of the cup and pour boiling water over it, then add the tea bag a few minutes later and let it brew, it really does help a lot with the taste.

When are you gonna restock it?
Takes a while to get used to the taste and smell, BUT it really works!!It was the only thing helping me with my anxiety and now I can't find it anywhere :( please, restock it!!

Shouldn't even give it a starABSOLUTELY RANK ! Had one bag and up all night throwing up don't go near it smells like cat piss that's been dried in the litter tray and scraped into the bag!

it works but it tastes and smells like pure soil water. I was asleep within 20 mins but it tastes like the valerian root hasn't been washed and has just been mushed and stuffed in a teabag and sent out for people to drink.

Tastes nice with honey. I don't feel any significant calming benefit though. Also, pricey for the amount you get. Should be half the price, at most, in my opinion.
