Good gift
We bought this for our son-in-law's birthday and he was very pleased, He commented that it was not easy to find music for the uke, and he usually adapts from guitar chords. There were also 1 or 2 songs he had been looking for.

Overall, I really like this book.
To clarify, because the book description doesn’t: this book contains sheet music of the melody of each song, with the chords above. Every time there is a chord change, there’s a tiny chord stamp that shows how to make that chord. If you want to pick the melody on your uke , you’ll need to make the tablature yourself, which is a pain but can be done with time and a fretboard map. So if picking out melodies is what you want to do, this book is probably not for you. If you strum and sing, it will work well. I find the print large and readable. I like the song selection; there are some old favorites as well as songs I’ve never heard of. Will keep me busy awhile. I do wish that the chord stamps were all at the top of the page, so that I could see at a glance how many and what chords a song has, as it is in Daily Ukulele. I prefer that over having chord stamps shown at every chord change. Speaking of the daily ukulele, there is a lot of overlap, but this book still has quite a few songs not in the Daily Ukulele, and some of the arrangements of the songs that are in both are slightly different, or the key is different. You can find many of these songs online for free. I do like having song books, because it saves me a lot of trouble looking all that up and figuring out which of the free online ones are done well, because they aren’t all done well. But if it bothers you to pay for something you can find for free ( and many free online songs are chord/lyrics only, without sheet music) that is a thing to consider. So far, the songs I’ve tried seem to be well done, though I do find the partial tab for “Peanut Sitting on a Railroad Track” confusing. It’s the only tab in the book. That song I’m going to have to look up online. The full list of songs in the book Can be found on the Hall Leonard (publisher) website. That goes for all of the Hall Leonard books, I think. There are also sample pages, which can really help tell if a book is going to be what you want.

Chords only
This is a very simple book of chord charts only. I should have checked but mortar of these songs can be found on the Internet.

Out of print through Barnes and Noble
Just what I was looking for. Good for an advanced beginner (which I'm not quite yet). Good to have for when I get that far though.

It says it's for players of the Ukelele, but that's a load of crap. Each page is almost entirely dedicated to the piano music and words with tiny little Tabs and chords that don't even have the suggested fingering on them. and I have to really lean in on to see.
