Department 56Steel, Paper, Plastic Village Bare Branch Trees Accessory Figurine (Set of 6)

I love Dept 56 wire trees that allow you to shape the branches. These particular ones are very nice. They add a nice touch, and the cardinals make me think of my loved ones who have passed. They are also versatile as far as where you can place them in your villages and vignettes. Whether in a town square, a woodsy scene, etc. they fit right in.

I currently have two Department 56 collections, and the Department 56 Bare Branch Trees Accessory Figurine (Set of 6) work for both collections! They were a nice addition to the many pine trees I already have, and I wanted some accessories that weren't as obvious! I love that they come with six so I can move them around in the display. Recommend for any village set!

On my permanent Christmas display, I had a lot of pine trees but I needed some hardwoods to add a bit of reality. I really liked these because the birds added a bit of color to the leafless branches. The picture shows the trees with the limbs fully spread out, but before putting them on the display, each limb has to be carefully and individually spread out from the tree trunk. Not a sufficient drawback for me to deduct a star, as I still really like the trees, but it does take time and has to be done carefully so the trees don't end up unbalanced. They do take up more room than the individual evergreen trees -- so six may be all you'll need.

The posable, bare trees look great with the Cardinals in them. Love the hedge rows and faux cobblestone walkways. Little items like this add more dimension to your set-up! They shipped my order promptly and everything arrived as described! :D

Love the cardinals on these and they seem to be made well. One downside is that you have to take the time to "mold" the branches (which are paper-covered wire) into place, so it is not a "set up and go" prop like other trees that I have for my village display. I still like them a lot, and would buy them again.

Great trees. The wires come completely straight. You need to unbend them. I used a pencil to shape them. Awesome item. Gives life to the village.

Exactly what my partner was looking for - robins are a nice touch. The branches are quite time consuming to spread out… otherwise no issues!
