Started breaking out, I’d leave days ti see if it really was related to using this powder and yes every time I use it by next of day my face looked like I had food allergy reaction so I binned this product!!!

I like this powder and wear it everyday. On my previous orders it was priced at $12.99 CAD. Now the price has jumped to $26.26 CAD - DOUBLE the previous price. Ridiculous. I will look for it in my local stores instead. Very disappointing.

The issues with drug store makeup product is that there is a low range for people of colour and the products can obviously not be tried before purchasing online to see if the colour fits. So this product did not give me full coverage because the colour did not suit my skin tone. It had seemed to have grey undertones. Also made me oilier than useful after a day of wearing product.

For years I've been trying to replace MAC Studio Fix powder because of the cost. It's worth every penny but why not try to find something less expensive? Thing is, this Maybelline is not much cheaper than MAC! It's virtually the same cost when you factor in the ugly packaging, the useless sponge a bit more texture when layered. Which is so frustrating. MAC costs $2.33 CA a gram, this Super Stay is $2.17 CA a gram. I get more MAC at once, it has much nicer packaging, layers better and has a durable latex-free sponge. There's just no way I'll purchase this Maybelline product over the MAC unless I'm in a pinch. If you don't want to buy MAC for w/e reason, though, this is comparable for coverage, good natural shades (if you can find one) and staying power. Try it, it's good but you're not getting a deal for this Maybelline drugstore product, which makes me argh.

I dont like this as a foundation alone , it makes my skin look so powdery and cakey (i also try to make it full coverage). When applying a light layer it looks fine but i would say light - medium coverage. Although what i use this powder for is to set my foundation or concealer just when i need some extra coverage ! Deff not good for baking but to press it into the skin leaves my skin looking so good , so matte , feels light weight doesnt move my makeup around i love it as a setting powder !
