These products are as close to the real deal as you can get !Makes it so much easier to eat raw primal. I am taking the colostrum,brain and bone marrow and I am getting some incredible benefits.Clearer brain ,lots and lots of hair growing back and tons of energy. It is just amazing.Not only are their products amazing but their customer service is even better. It is making my life better in a lot of ways and I love it.

Very good. I sleep better . More energy during the day. I bought it for my inflamed colon I will know in 3 weeks if it’s better . But I take probiotics in the same time . Little expensive if we take it long terms

I had high hopes for this product but I felt very ill after just 4 days of taking this and so I returned it. I was searching for collagen products and happened to get hooked reading all the different products Ancestral supplements makes...I felt the most interested in the grass fed bone and marrow as a place to start and thought even though I don't eat red meat, and haven't eaten any in 30 years, how could anything as simple as bone marrow have a negative impact on me. First day, I took one pill...I thought I felt remarkably good for the rest of the day...almost felt a bit "high" as my mood seemed very positive and physically nothing bothered me. I have a sensitive digestive system, arthritis but due to the anti inflammatory I follow and the supplements I take, I generally have been feeling pretty good........but I wasn't having any issues on that first day of taking this formula... Second day, I decided to muscle test this formula.... still testing fairly strong but one pill was strong, on two pills, I was weak... So on the second day, again I took one pill....By the third morning, I woke up with both of my knees aching and by mid day, I was downright nauseous. Nauseous from what? Three of these pills? I wasn't sure. And then the issue comes up of asking myself "Is this product the problem or is it something else?" Did I eat something weird? Why were my knees so achy and my digestive system so messed up after just taking 3 pills, 3 mornings in a row? Maybe it wasn't this formula....maybe it was something else...So I didn't take any of my normal supplements on the 4th day....I only took ONE bone marrow........By late afternoon, I thought I was going to vomit....I was also itching....plus my knees ached....I questioned myself again... "is this some sort of a detox reaction?"? If so, how long do I want to tolerate feeling sick? I also noticed I was insanely thirsty....What in this formula would suddenly make me so thirsty? I asked myself would these negative side effects going to last a few more days or would I have to endure maybe weeks of this experience....I noticed on that 4th night that I had a very restless night........even though I regularly take melatonin, I just couldn't stay asleep. I woke up exhausted... Nothing else changed in my life while on this formula....just 4 mornings in a row of these marrow pills...Yes, I have health issues I was hoping to have solutions for.......but this was different...This clearly felt like I was negatively impacted by this formula...and yet I never took more than one pill on any day......I could have taken 1/2 a pill....just to see if maybe even one pill was too high a dose....but no...my gut instinct told me to stop this formula and to just return this...that it's just all wrong for me...I generally eat a plant based diet....Maybe anything from an animal is just not harmonious with my diet. Or was I allergic to something in this? (rhetorical question) I didn't take this formula today (day #5 because it's packed up and ready to be shipped back to Amazon...but my stomach is a lot better......It's not perfect but I was able to eat breakfast, take my regular supplements and as the day wore on, I didn't get that mid afternoon nausea attack....Oh, I also noticed that for the 4 days I took bone marrow, I had gastric reflux and a ton of bloat and gas...that too was gone on the 5th day (without these pills) I generally don't have headaches but I was noticing a dull headache that might have been related to the feeling of being so thirsty... What can I say.....this is not for everyone...I've read so many of the reviews here on all of these Ancestral formulas and I find it incredible how much money people re spending each month to buy so many different expensive products....it almost seems cult-like.......Now off this product and looking back on this, I feel I might have done the same thing...(if I had been tolerant of the marrow) I was very close to buying the liver formula...and at the same time, in my heart of hearts, I knew I didn't want to try it... I just want to say that I went back and inserted some additional information...After two days off this formula all my symptoms went away...I started feeling normal again after 48 hours of stopping this. This was a weird experience....It's just as weird an experience reading reviews of people seemingly so obsessively compulsive with this company.....praising the owners in great detail and writing super long reviews regarding the products themselves......I wish I could understand what they are feeling....and what the heck they're actually receiving in health benefits...and why this is so different my my own experience....taking one pill of one formula and only for 4 days.. I think if I didn't have such a negative experience after a few days I might have continued....but nobody should keep taking something that their bodies aren't thriving from taking...I truly believe whoever the owners of this company might be they have a passion for what they're doing. I could see that in almost every 5 star review....Long detailed explicit reviews... never read so many long details reviews before I decided to buy one product. I feel bad having to leave one star....This product just made me feel very ill and horribly achy. Feeling terrible for 4 days just isn't worth trying to make this work. I purposely didn't read any negative reviews until I had negative side effects....and then I realized how many of those who didn't tolerate the product had similar symptoms to mine... Like someone else already commented...this product is not for everyone...

The first week on the organs as well as the bone marrow (I bought both) has been very hard but hopeful! The first 3-4 days brought nausea, chills, hot flashes, and exhaustion. I was very glad that Brian from Ancestral Supplements enclosed the information about possible initial side effects because, otherwise I would have thought the supplements were bad and I would have stopped taking them. However, after the second day, I noticed the pain in my knees, hands and fibromyalgia was slightly less and I slept better than I had in years. Each day, I was in slightly less pain. By day 4 the nausea subsided, by day 6 the chills stopped. Today is day 7 and I woke up with no fibromyalgia pain and much less brain fog than usual. I have been sleeping all through the night and dreaming, which I haven't done for years. I am still feeling exhausted though and very emotionally fragile and weepy. I attribute this to the detoxification that is going on. I live in Staten Island and travelled into Manhattan today by ferry and then subway. The escalators were broken but for the first time in years, I was able to go up the stairs without sharp pains in my knees. I have been taking just one tablet of each the beef organs and bone marrow per day, however, I also started taking one scoop of Great Lakes hydrolysate collagen powder from grass fed cows per day, as well as one capsule of Nordic Naturals cod liver oil and one capsule of organic cold pressed coconut oil per day. I started all of these supplements at the same time, because I had really reached a point of crisis. I just couldn't get out of bed to take care of my children one morning and so I spent the day researching about what to do and decided to order all of those supplements. After I went through a year of chemotherapy, a bilateral mastectomy and radiation treatment 10 years ago, I tried all sorts of supplements but my body did not react well to them at all and I think they did me more harm than good, so after a couple of years of trying everything, I finally swore off all supplements and decided to follow a strictly organic vegetables, dairy and fruits, low sugar, no artificial preservatives or additives, grass fed meat and wild caught fish diet. This helped me to keep going for a while but my body was still deteriorating. I am very thin and always hungry. For the past 6 months I have had mild diarrhea as well. So I finally decided to give supplements one more try but this time just very high quality food based supplements....no vitamin or mineral supplements because I did horribly on them before. I am amazed by how quickly my body has turned around this week! I am going to up my dose of organs and marrow to two capsules per day starting tomorrow. Eventually, I might stop taking the collagen to see if that is helping my joints or if it is the organs and marrow alone that is making the difference but I am getting such great results right now, that I don't want to mess with anything. This past week, my diarrhea has subsided and I am not feeling as hungry anymore and do not need to eat as much to maintain my weight (115 lbs and 5'4"). ***It is now a week later since I started this review and my condition continues to improve. I have a great deal more energy, my sadness and exhaustion have disappeared and I am feeling very happy and full of energy. I continue to sleep deeply and soundly at night. I also have to say that Brian, who runs Ancestral Supplements has promptly answered a few questions that I emailed him about and has been so wonderfully encouraging and kind. I am really very impressed and grateful to Brian for putting his heart and soul into helping people regain their health.
