Well made and robust, easy to put on.

I bought this make because it's possible to change the weights. I've found the weights are just right for the exercises I want to do so haven't needed to alter the weights. Seems well made with a strong Velcro strap.

Price and quality are good , not cheap in quality. Can be used on wrist and ankle as well.

These are perfectly suited to workouts 'at home workouts' in my case! Very easy to put on and take off, they feel comfortable to wear and are great quality and are definitely a top buy! Thank you Amazon! 😁

75% of the sharp half of the velcro is exposed when I have these around my ankles. So far in a few minutes testing they tend to drop down on the bridge, which may cause some pain. A bit of padding on the lower side could perhaps prevent it? Not sold on this.

So I have been using these on both my ankles and my wrists as I’m on the stair master and they make me break such a good sweat. I also wear them when walking sometimes and have noticed a lot of weight loss since. I started with 3/5 of the sacks inserted and have gone up to 5/5 recently. It’s really handy to be able to take them in or out to adjust the weight because you then don’t need to keep buying new heavier ones when you want to test yourself. I will say they can be uncomfortable if you strap them on in certain positions and the velcro has actually cut my skin before from digging into it but I put this to the fact that I use them on stairs which forces my skin against the velcro. Very good otherwise!

Easy to add or remove the weights to get just the right amount. Very comfortable to wear. I can wear them around the house getting exercise for my legs without even trying. Perfect

For adjustable (in terms of around the wrist and to add weight) these are a great purchase. They're very soft and comfortable to wear the only downside is they are slightly baggy, however this hasn't affected me when working out. I don't see how you could get a tight fitting when wanting to add this amount of varied weight so you have to compromise
