From the first day of use, there was a small water leakage from the front door area. At that time, it was minor, so I did not give it much importance. However, over time the leakage increased, and now water leaks clearly during operation even when the door is properly closed. Because of this issue, the washing machine is not functioning properly and is not safe to use. Seller support is required to fix this issue.

I buy its very bad machine time taking more than 1 hour when its start normal . Spin also not working properly its Very bad experience hisence brand I think hisence is good brand but very very very bad machine

I did like this washing machine but it has 2 negatives you might consider to skip on them if it doesnt bother you I did like there are different options for washing and I love using all options not only quick wash. But I wish it had a digital screen to view the timer. I could never guess how much time it needs to finish Also the noise of the machine spinning is too much to handle. I feel like im in airplane. But i did skip both things and found a solution to use the machine when I know im going out for groceries or a 2-3 hours ride and turn it on. So i come back the washing is done the clothes are still warm and i dont have to hear this noise
