EGV [3 Pack] Compatible for Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus 6.7-inch, [Not Glass] Flexible Screen protector [Support Fingerprint Unlock] Bubble Free [Easy Installation Tool]

-- BACKGROUND -- After getting my S21+, I did quite a bit of research on finding a good screen protector for it, but found that most tempered glass screen protectors interfered with the phone's ultrasonic fingerprint reader. Those that didn't were very expensive (in the $40-50 range) and a little out of my price range. Most plastic screen protectors had fewer issues with the fingerprint reader but were rough or felt worse when gliding your fingertip across the screen. After finding the positive reviews for the EGV screen protector, I decided to give it a try for the low ($6.99 at time of writing) cost of entry. -- FIRST IMPRESSIONS AND INSTALLATION -- The packaging it came with was pretty nice, but what impressed me was the very thorough installation kit provided in the box: there is a multi-step process with alcohol wipes, dust absorbers, and a microfiber cloth to clean your phone screen completely before installation. The box contains enough of these wipes and pieces to install all 3 protectors separately (There is also a non-slip pad to rest your phone on, so it doesn't slip while cleaning or installing the protector). After cleaning, you insert a small plastic jig into your phone's charging port (it's too soft to scratch anything) and one end of the screen protector attaches to it so you can apply it exactly straight to the selfie camera. It's a pretty simple process once you see it, and works well: my screen protector is as straight as I can see with the naked eye (maybe 1/64in off or less), so you don't have to worry about an uneven application. There are no bubbles either, and the edges don't peel at all. -- FUNCTION -- It's actually way smoother than I expected, barely noticeable difference from the bare glass of the S21+(Unless you dig into it with a fingernail or something, then it gives a bit). If your phone doesn't have pretty new gorilla glass or it's scuffed a bit, this protector may feel nicer than the bare screen! I haven't seen any issues with clarity or brightness either, and small scratches are usually healed within a couple minutes. The fingerprint reader works as well as it did before.The only drawback I see with a protector like this is that it's less scratch resistant than glass - it's too soft to prevent keys or something similar from scratching the surface. Mine has picked up a couple since I bought it - they won't be very noticeable, but they'll be there if you look. I wouldn't keep your phone in the same pocket as your keys, but otherwise it's fine. It's a cheap enough screen protector than I don't mind this one flaw.

We had another one, and the fingerprint reader on the screen was not working even after re-configuring the fingerprint. We got this one and re-configured the fingerprint, and it has zero issues opening the phone or an app with the fingerprint.Their tools also make it very easy to install without any bubbles.There are no case issues either.We installed it on a S21 Plus 5G

This screen protector is really easy to install! It lasts me a really long time and the finger print sensor works great! The only flaw I see is that when it's in my back pocket and my body heat warms up the screen it tends to shift the protector around. So avoid hot heat and be smart about body placement for it not to shift around and bubble. I can easily smooth it back to the original placement but tends to shift and that bugs me. Other than that, a quick fix is to place it in your pocket with the screen facing outward and not against you to avoid.

Very easy to apply. No bubbles, perfectly clear. I will purchase these again.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best screen protector ever! I had used this brand of protector before and loved it, the installation is a breeze compared to other screen protectors even if it looks like it could be complicated. It applies much smoother and without the airbubbles others tend to have. The QR code on the package leads you to a great install video which makes it even easier! I couldn't find this brand, I think they may have been out of stock, and had used an alternative brand for my phone and hated it the whole week or two I had it on. I looked for EGV and found it for my phone and quickly ordered it. Seriously will recommend 100%

this product was of great quality & the video made installation very easy. unfortunately it does NOT work with the Unicorn Beetle Pro case, regardless of it stating that it is "case friendly." i even asked a question, if it would work with the case, based on one review i had seen. the response i received stated it was a film & worked with all cases.the film bubbled at the corners & at several places along the sides, so it was not useable & i removed it. i still have 2 more files, but i will likely look into a return or refund, as the product doesn't work with the case. i've used the Unicorn Beetle Pro on my S8+ for 4 years & have no scratches or damage, even after drops over 10 feet onto concrete. too bad this film didn't work, it seemed like a good product at a great price.

Fit and form is perfect and the installation is pretty innovative. Plus, the FINGERPRINT READER WORKS. A couple tips. 1. Don't handle or take the actual covers from the box until you are actually installing it and touch only on the edges or top. The bottom of the covers will come in contact with your phone at the beginning of the installation process and it needs to stay clean. 2. My package came with alignment stickers which are not mentioned in the video. When you install the cover on the plastic holder, the top of the cover near the camera will still move back and forth. I used the alignment stickers to tape the cover to the sides of the phone while making sure the camera was centered. You do this about 2/3 of the way down the side towards the bottom. Just make sure it is below the dotted line. Then complete step 1 for the the top half. Then pull the alignment stickers off the side of the phone, but leave them stuck to the top of the cover. Then do Step 2 for the the bottom half. 3. Watch the video. This product was very easy to install, but it is not obvious how the system works until you watch the video.

fingerprint doesnt work

Viele Folien und Panzerglas für mein Handy Samsung S21+ gekauft und ausprobiert. Dieses ist mit Abstand die Beste. Fingerabdrucksensor funktioniert perfekt, Folie ist ca1,5 mm kleiner wie das Display. Vorteil dadurch, dass die Handyhülle die Folie an den Ränder nicht zusammenschließen und Blasen entstehen. Sehr einfach war die Installation der Folie, zum ersten Mal hab ich überhaupt eine blasenfreie Installation hinbekommen. Kann die Schutzfolie nur weiterempfehlen, ist die Beste, die ich je hatte

The big question? YES IT WORKS WITH MY FINGERPRINT, and I didn't need to rescan them.I'm usually a tempered glass screen protector fan, but there are issues with the glass ones and the fingerprint reader. The pre-installed protector had gotten scratched, so I decided to go for a similar replacement. This one was super easy to do after watching the video, and I ended up with a flawless application first try. For the first time in my life, I actually have the spare protectors, spare! Not just failed first attempts like with glass.I obviously don't expect it to be as protective as glass, but I wanted just that extra bit of insurance against scratches. This protector is nicely sized, just enough that there are no issues with the curved edge, you can hardly even notice it, it's very discreet. Not to mention the application was so easy there's no bubbles. Still to see how it endures, but for now, 5*, I'm happy with my purchase.
