An absolute must for oil painters
I love love love brush flush, as a cancer survivor I try to keep my studio as safe and nontoxic as I can. I have been using brush flush for at least three years to clean my brushes, and I can't say enough about this stuff. I often use sable brushes along with hog bristle brushes and this wonderful cleaner just really works. My expensive brushes are as good as new and clean. It has no odor and is listed as non toxic. I have used this mystery stuff to clean an old pallet with dried on paint. I just left it on for a few hours and scraped it with a putty knife and my pallet plexie glass is restored. Since I am very cautious about toxins in my studio I ordered the gallon size. It should see me through the year because you really do use a small amount. My method of cleaning brushes is to glove up and wipe the brush on paper towels and then clean them with baby oil. After that I take a cap full of brush flush dip the brush and then scrub it in the palm of my hand. I wipe on a paper towel and repeat the brush flush until it wipes clear. Then I rinse with water and shape my brushes. They stay like new. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Best Brush cleaner purchase
I have been painting with oil for about 20 years and have used many different brush cleaner. I had bought a smaller bottle a year back but had forgotten about it. I started using it a month ago and within one week I ordered a large container of this brush cleaner. It cleaned my brushes easily, left my brushes very soft and it is bio degradable. So I don’t have to worry about disposal. An amazing product.

Seems to work, but it’s not magic
This stuff will work to remove dried paint, but if it’s a brush you’re trying to clean, you’ll still have to spend time with a brush comb and a bit of wire brush work. Even so, it’s good stuff to have available, and I like that it’s not a harsh chemical mix.EDIT: Up to five stars... it does what it says it does.

The best zero fumes Brush Cleaner I have ever used
I have used Brush Flush for years. It cleans even dried brushes faster and better than Turpentine or any other brush cleaner I have ever seen. It has no noxious harmful fumes, and is biodegradable. Importantly it cleans up with water. I also use it to take paint and ink stains from clothing. Then wash it out with water! Love this product.
