does this grind wheat or other grains into flour?

I've ground linseeds to very fine powder.

Does it grind seeds such as saseme or flexseed? Second question, does it just lower part or also include handheld part?

The MQ 60 instructions say it can "grind dry ingredients such as pepper, cloves, chili, coffee, rice, poppy seeds, sugar, dried sardine and shrimps." It is NOT recommended to "grind corn, walnuts, baking chocolate, rock candy and hard cheese." It is definitely just the lower part without the handblender motor.
