I’ve read lots of bad reviews but this is my go to toner between hairdresser appointments. If you want it to dye your hair pink you will be disappointed. However for a subtle pink tone to eliminate brassiness it is great. Smells good and leaves hair feeling deeply conditioned. Good value for money as a bottle can be used for several applications on my shoulder length hair

I'm an experienced self-colourist with over a decade of dying, bleaching, stripping and toning behind me. I mention this only as I am often sceptical of negative reviews that claim a product 'does not work' as it may simply be being used incorrectly and I want to reassure that this is not the case.I used this toner on freshly dyed hair, and on shampooed not conditioned hair as instructed. I fully coated each partition and combed through, and left for the 30 minutes advised.Sadly, although the toner has taken some(!) of the brassiness out of my hair, there is zero perceptible pink hue, which is a massive shame as it is most of the allure of the product.Possibly, if you leave the toner on your hair for much longer than advised, or if you use it on more porous bleached hair, not dyed or natural blonde, that may help. I would experiment with another dose myself, but I used over half of it on first application as I have long hair and I'm unwilling to pay for another bottle to test.In conclusion, if you follow the instructions as printed, you may well end up with little to no result like I did.

I was very sceptical of using this after reading some of the reviews but i was really impressed with this toner. As we are in lockdown and my hairdressers is closed, i had no choice but to bleach my own hair! 🙀 but found it to be too light! Near enough white blonde so felt i needed a toner just to make it more creamy than white, this toner has done the job really well! I now have more of a milky blonde with very subtle pinky hints running through. The tube is large enough for me to do it a few more times when needed. Dont be frightened ( like i was!) When you see the colour that comes out of the tube( vibrent purple!) I only left mine on 20 mins but next time i will leave it on the stated 30 mins 😁

Ok, so I read the reviews and put it on unwashed hair for an hour, underclingfilm and heat. Nothing! Nada. zilch, zero, zip. Trying again in the morning for 3 hours. On the plus side, it smells lovely and my hair feels soft and conditioned.Tried again this morning - for 3 hours. Faint purple tinge to hair (and scalp).

What a waste of money and time! I have bleached blonde hair, I applied this following ALL instructions to a T. If I tell you the difference was NONE it was literally NONE. Do not bother to waste your money and time on this one ladies.
