Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is a replacement of previously owned tie rack of same brand. I list original one in due to hurricane Helene flooding. I had the original for over 10 years. The only inconvenience is that it attaches only to a round hanger pole. My poles are oval so I had to gerry rig a solution. It’s easy to instal and operate. It’s a good product reason why I purchased again.

Great product works fantastic and easy to install. This is no knock on the product, I ran into an issue installing due to spacing between shelves and clothing rack. There was not enough space to put the top on so I had to make some adjustments. Hopefully this can help with a future redesign.

I purchased this for my 22 year old son, who is a certified math teacher. He organizes his weekly clothes every Sunday night. Using this motorized tie rack has been a game changer and time saver. The product is well made and holds many ties in an organized and neat fashion. The motorized feature allows him to see all his ties in a snap. This is his second one and we love this product. A must buy if you have a lot of ties!!!

The media could not be loaded. It’s good if you like things organized but you need to have room in your closet for it cause it clamps to the pole. It’s easy to clamp in just read the directions and make sure you buy four C batteries for it. It’s easy to put the ties in and out and it looks good when you color coordinate it. The material is plastic it’s not super strong but not fragile either it’s in between. It works great 👍🏼 👔

Pleasantly surprised. I never leave reviews but I felt I should. I almost didn't purchase this product because of the reviews saying it was garbage. This is a small tie track that runs on C or D batteries (sorry I can't remember which) so why would you expect it to be super powerful. No it cannot hold as many ties as it claims and if you have leather belts, don't even try. I have a tie on every other peg and no belts hanging from it. I have had 0 issues with it at all. It turns as promised, it holds ties as promised(about 25-30 and you're good), it lights up as promised. I've had it since september and it hasn't broke like others claimed. The battery is getting a little weak because let's be real people, it takes C or D batteries!!! I love it and would buy it again if I had the opportunity. ( as well I wear ties 7 days a week. Thats right sometimes I literally push the button to make it move every single day of the week.)***update*** it is March 2017, purchased in Sept 2016. Same batteries are still working from the original purchase. I use it every single day.

The item looks nice and seems to be in good working order. The shipping box was damaged but did not damage the product. Shipping was timely as stated.
