This is a sensational butter knife! My wife is dealing with Psoriatic Arthritis which seems to go after(as in ruin) the fingers so the use of utensils is challenging. She loves this simple yet elegant butter knife. It is nice to know that something this affordable can bring so much relief.

Butter doesn't slip off easily.

It's great. Smells lovely. I got it for cutting brownies in a non-stick pan so as not to scratch the pan. It's a tad too thick for that purpose, bit works well enough. Otherwise it's perfect.
