My printer does not work I ask for on to be mailed to me but i have not received one yet. Please send one to me

The first cap had a hairline crack in it upon delivery. I used the troubleshooting tip to use Silacone, it worked for about 2 weeks, then it disappeared. I reordered a new cap, as when I tried to get a refund, I had nothing to return. I ordered a new cap and sent a letter to the Ford company requesting a refund or a discount. Amazon said if they did not reply in two days.To notice them.

It fit my vehicle. Ease of installation: Couldn't have been any easier. Look: Matched the others on my truck.

Did not fit my F150 as advertised - not an issue, it happens but they sold the items as PRIME with easy free returns...when I started the return(1 day after arrival) I received a form for me to pay shipping + a 15% restocking fee AND wait 6 weeks to process. After 6 weeks they still had not issued a refund, I kept my USPS tracking receipt, contacted Amazon. Amazon processed an immediate refund, including the shipping I paid. This product did indeed fit my 2005 Ford F150 V8 5.4 I previously bought a cap that said it was a fit for my vehicle with no refund option for an OEM part, so got stuck with it. The vehicle feature to see if things fit is completely broken. My advice is do a little research on part numbers etc before relying on this broken system. The part I’m reviewing said it wasn’t a match for my vehicle but getting the actual part # matched with this one and it does fit. Fast shipping! Great Product!
