I have just received the pan. It is a work of art!! It is light and heats up very quickly. It is non-stick, as described, and it gets better and better after using it several times. Before cooking, you must season the surface with very little oil with a paper towel and heat it to 200-210 degrees C. Turn the heat off to cool down while preparing the food. Heat up the pan to the desired temperature by heating up again, add the desired amount of cooking oil, and cook it. There would be no food sticking to the surface. This is the same as a normal stainless steel pan but much more forgiving. The lid is also a very nice touch! I look forward to using it more and more! I think I have made the right choice! I can highly recommend it!!

What a great frying pan wish they had been available years ago.

Bought this pan thinking it’ll be amazing. Unfortunately it’s very disappointing. I followed the instructions to seal it. But to no avail. My eggs stuck to the bottom. So waited until it was cool and washed. Then tried again to seal it. Still sticks. It now has pride of place at the back of my cupboard, never to see the light of day again.
