Lg Tone Pro 770 Bluetooth Stereo Headset Review
The media could not be loaded. Looking for a good, hands-free audio experience? Listening to audio that sounds good in addition to having clear phone calls from your smartphone is a wonderful thing. The Lg Tone Pro HBS-770 does the job and with great battery life to boot. With 16 hours of talktime, 10 hours of music playback and 30 days of standby time. The charge time is only 2 hours for a full charge using the included USB to micro USB that does not include the charging wall adaptor. These wonderful headphones have about 33 feet of distance from the connected device with good line of sight. The new design of the Pro series has been modified to be lighter and more stream lined. The button layout is still very similar to previous models. The charging port is now located on the outside of the headset along with the dual mics. The wire holding the magnetic ear buds has been made thinner and feels very delicate. However LG claims they are made with kevlar fibers and will hold up to abuse. I do like this new design and have been happy with the headset so far, just a few grips one being the thinner wire and the buttons are a little smaller then what I was used to on the previous model. I am still pleased with this bluetooth stereo headset and look forward to using for a long time. This is one of the best stereo bluetooth headsets I have found. In terms of ease of use and comfort.

Great for TRUCKERS out there
Ive had my HBS-770 for almost a year and a half now. I use it in my semi truck and I can hear very clearly on it and the person I am talking to can hear me very clearly also. I've had several bluetooth in the past and this is my favorite one. Here is why- I can put on my hard hat without smashing it,I can wear glasses comfortably,I dont have to have the earbuds in my ears all the time (I put them in when the phone rings,it only takes a second),I dont look like a dork with the microphone in front of my face.. All in all they are perfect for the truckers out there. On the downside, after a 1 1/2 years, the left side ear bud quit working. Im sure because Ive snagged the wire several times and finally broke it. I was thinking about one with retractable ear buds but I am skeptical that they will not last since you have to pull the wire to install the ear buds. Most bluetooth Ive had lasted on average a year before something quit working anyhow,so that is why I am going to purchase another pair of the HBS 770. They are tried and true and I recommend them

Great headset, but I miss my 730s
I had the HBS-730s and used them literally every day for about four years. I was on a job in Memphis and sweated so much that they stopped working, so I bought these as a replacement. Overall I'm happy, but some of the design choices aren't my favorite.First the pros:- Great sound quality. I'm no audiophile, but I can't hear a difference between these and my wired earbuds at all.- Simple operation. Easy to pair, easy controls (even with work gloves), there's a voice that tells you battery level every time you turn them on (Low, Medium, High), and they connect instantly to the last device they were used with. The buttons and knobs are big and easy to find.- Comfortable. Most days I forget they're there. I wear them inside the collar on my collared shirts when I'm not wearing a tie and they sit just great.- Strong vibration. You'll never miss a call because these things vibrate VERY strongly when they connect and when you get a call. Perfect for people who work in loud environments and miss calls due to not hearing their ringer or feeling their phone. Now the cons:- The 730s had the earbuds stick into notches that faced outwards. These have notches that face down and it's a bit more work to get the earbuds to find their place. Plus they seem to fall out just a bit more than the 730s did, but that could be my imagination.- The wires from the neckpiece to the earbuds is REALLY skinny. I don't worry about them snapping or anything, but they do seem to get wound around the neckpiece pretty easily, so I end up taking them off maybe once a day or so to straighten that out.- They changed the volume and skip forward/backward controls from buttons to little three-position slider knobs. The knobs work great and feel really well made, but I liked being able to change the volume with a few quick taps on the volume rocker with the 730s. Here you have to slide the volume thing over and over. It takes a little more time and it feels just a little bit clumsy compared to a button press.- Occasionally I'll flip the power switch to "Off" and receive the verbal confirmation "Power Off" in my ear. I'll then notice the little blue indicator light still blinking every 10-15 seconds or so and I don't know why. The headset is definitely off and disconnected, but that light sometimes is still on. I don't know why that happens, but it's a little weird.Overall, if I could go back to my 730s I probably would. The 770s look a lot sleeker and more professional than the older 730s, but I got so used to my old ones that the transition was a challenge for a week or so. I'm used to it now, so I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't have the baggage of loving the 730s.

My favorite on the go headset so far!
I absolutely adore this headset. I have a problem with keeping airpods on or any in/on ear buds. They either fall off, or I lose them. I got a pair of these at walmart years ago and they were everything I was hoping for! The noise cancellation isn't the greatest, but a definite must have if you are allowed to listen to music while working or for any other time as well. The sound quality is great, and I'm more at ease knowing I don't have to worry about them falling out when I'm moving around. I was so glad to find these on Amazon when I finally needed a replacement, as my local stores no longer sold them. Now me and each of my kids have a set!
