I always use and pack this product with me when traveling to other countries as it keeps my digestive system functioning well and helps strengthen my immune system in the process. Having the extra ingredients targeted specifically for women is also very helpful when traveling in other (perhaps less-developed) countries. I highly recommend it to all other travelers I run into as I know certain women-specific issues tend to affect us ladies while on the road and it's much easier to be proactive about it rather than reactive.The pills are very easy to swallow and digest and I've never had any issues after taking them, even on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I'm very happy to have stumbled upon this brand and will not go anywhere outside of the US without them now!

I've been using this just under a month. I know that's not a very long time at all to notice any changes when taking vitamins/supplements, but I have notice some significant changes already - in good way!Usually a week after my period my pH balance gets thrown out of wack, probably due to hormones, but for the longest time the symptoms were mimicking a yeast infection. So I did the usual over the counter thing, switch to only cotton underwear, only non bleached tampons...etc., but next month same symptoms, like clock work.I looked for a solution on Amazon, because of course, and ran into probiotics; never taken any before. Started with this one because of the reviews advising of the similar situations.Almost one month later and I've gotten past the usual time where the "symptoms" start back up... And nothing! Not even a hint of discomfort!! Of course this is early so if things change I will update but right now I'm just thrilled.One other benefit I have noticed is my stomach is flatter. Seems way less bloated than normal. That is definitely a nice surprise :)I take 2 every night, and I mean EVERY night. Haven't missed one yet since I got the bottle. If you think this may help you with whatever your going through, try it! It has added benefits that may surprise you.

I used to buy this product religiously. I haven't stocked up in awhile so I decided to buy another bottle. With this new bottle the powder inside of the pills look much whiter to me. Also, compared to the previous bottle, I was able to take them on an empty stomach without any issues...but I can no longer do that. Also, as seen in my pictures, it looks like there's a different amount in each pill. I'll still finish this bottle and see if I get the same kind of benefits I felt from the previous bottles

I have tried so many things to help my many issues. One issue that really plagued me was constant heartburn/acid reflux. From the time I woke up in the morning to lying in bed at night, I had to pop antacids. For no apparent reason, I’d have flare ups all the time to the point of almost throwing up most of the time. I don’t eat spicy food or anything that could trigger. I tried the probiotic actually in hopes of helping with weight loss. Though, I haven’t seen any progress there, I have not had to take an antacid in over a month (since taking these pro/prebiotic capsules). So thankfully I came across these even if for the wrong reason. I do feel better! My gut must have been sooo messed up and acting out through acid reflux.My BM have been more often, which makes me feel less bloated. As I said, no weight loss, but I do feel better regardless. Science claims weight is lost through CO2 as we exhale, not through BM. Feeling relieved more often though is better than nothing.My skin looks a ton better...I would get quite a few little zits around my mouth and chin. I’m sure the gut must have a lot to do with this as well because since taking these, those little zits have lessened. There are days I don’t even need foundation or concealer now, which is a feat for me.There may be subtle differences as well that I haven’t noticed, but what I have mentioned are the ones that really stuck out. I have noticed that you have to stick with it. I went a weekend without them as we were out of town and I forgot them...my heartburn came back. But, two capsules a day to keep everything (zits, heartburn, etc) at nay is no problem.Overall, I’d say these are well worth it! I will continue buying as I already have them in my subscribe and save with Amazon.
