My boys hate their nails clipped it's been a nightmare to keep on top of them tired all sorts even a nail grinder for pets ( boys hated the noise) have tried other nail clippers that range from to heavy or cumbersome or quite frankly a whole lot of faff .Then I discovered these perfect for smaller pets cat dogs etc etc ...Picture shows the results done in less than 5mins compared to half a day chasing them around and only getting them too sit for 1-2 nails done at a time ... My chihuahua is 2.5kg with teeny tiny mittens and toe beans which makes cutting his nails quite the task. With these snippers it's easy and doesn't terrify him into hating me for the evening.

Normally use miller's forge nail clippers which are brilliant, but just need a smaller pair for MWD awkward dew claws, these are rubbish, appear to be blunt. My dog who is brilliant about having her nails done hated these did 2 nails and put them in the bin

Bought these for my small dog but the packaging just says for cats. The blades are not sharp and feel too light and flimsy.

Seemed OK while using once on out aging cat. Went to use it again and it snapped as shown in the photos. It didn't bend or creak and the metal just snapped!
