i’ve been wanting these shoes forever and I have to say they live up to the hype! they are by far my most comfortable and favorite shoe I own! I would recommend going up a size though as they run slightly on the smaller side.

Five fingers are not for everyone. I just happen to love them. This is my fifth pair in eleven years. If you like five finger shoes, I think you will like these. They are not advertised as trainers on Amazon, but that’s what it says on the shoe. They’re super grippy and hold well to my feet. I’ve worn other five finger shoes for running, hiking, kayaking, snorkeling (under flippers), rock climbing, yoga, weight training, and military PT. These shoes I believe will be suitable for all of the above. One caveat— they run small. I wear a solid size 8 and have always worn 38-39 depending on the model of five finger shoe. This one required a size 40. The 39 was insanely small. Otherwise, great shoes. Some have the velcro straps which I dislike. These have no velcro straps (a tiny bit of velcro to secure the pull tab) and very breathable. The pull tab is to tighten the laces. Very well designed. Tip— if they get smelly, I wash in hot water with scented laundry beads or a sport additive like the ones made by Method. Dry in the sun. Peppermint foot spray is nice, too.

Tout d'abord, je confirme qu'il faut une pointure de plus que la taille habituelle. Je chausse du 39 en Stan Smith et j'ai pris un 40 pour les FiveFingers, ce qui est parfait. Pour les enfiler, je prends bien soin de positionner chaque orteil face à son manchon avant de pousser le pied puis d'enfiler l'arrière de la chaussure. J'avais mal aux deux genoux avant d'acheter ces chaussures. Depuis que je cours avec les FiveFingers, je n'ai (presque) plus mal. Évidemment, cela dépend des personnes. J'avais noté que je me sentais mieux pieds nus donc, pour moi, les FivesFingers étaient tout indiquées.

Minimalist shoes, comfortable, resistant and with an excellent fit. I mainly use them for sports and long walks! The vibram sole is always a guarantee!
