Innovited 9005 6000K HID Xenon Bulb x 1 Pair Bundle with 2 x 55W Platinum Digital Ballast (Diamond White)

Worked great in my 2013 WRX, until it didn't. I had a bulb go out and I emailed the company, they responded same-day offering to send a replacement, originally we thought the ballast went out but after receiving the replacement ballast and discovering it was the bulb, they send a new pair of replacement bulbs no questions asked.The bulbs are bright without being massively overkill, having a couple vehicles with HID's these match OEM performance without being "that guy" on the road blinding oncoming drivers. If you have a projector vehicle with factory halogens, this is an excellent upgrade to modernize your headlights without needing to replace Amazon quality LED's that inevitably die every 6 months.(Do not use HID's and LED's in reflective housings, they'll upward cast into drivers eyes, and give you less visibility bad weather like rain, fog, and snow, stick to over bright halogens if you need a bit of extra lighting for reflective headlights. Bad beam patterns are worse than insufficient light!)The 6000K is a little bit more on the blue side than I expected, giving a bit of that hospital room fluorescent green to everything, I'd highly recommend leaning toward 5000k if you're looking for a more pure white/OEM look, but only 6000k had 2 day shipping when I ordered. The HID's only take around 10 seconds to heat up and hit around 90% brightness, the other 10% comes through over the next minute or so, similar to a CFL bulb.I highly recommend these as a simple bolt in upgrade for projector headlights, I'd keep expectations in line with the price tag but it's good to know the seller backs their warranty.

I picked up a set of these for my wife's 2014 CRV. Installation was very simple and they fit just like the oem bulbs. I did find it odd that they only plug into one headlight harness, but they worked so I didn't think much of it.The problems started 5 days after installing them. One bulb stopped working. So I brought it into my shop the next day ( I'm a MECP certified autotech with 30 years of 12v install experience under my belt ). Once I pulled it into my shop to test I realized the other bulb had gone out too.At this point I started testing with my trusty DMM to determine what went wrong. It turned out both ballasts had died. No fuses were blown, and both bulbs still worked when supplied with power.Fortunately one of the good things about buying from Amazon is the return/exchange policy. Just got a new set for free, shipped the old ones back, and I'm going to install them (again) into my wife's CRV over the weekend. If they work, and last, I'll increase my rating to 4 stars. If they fail again, I'll reduce it to one and get my money back.Update: Got a new set and it lasted ONE DAY before the ballast died. Changing my review to one star. Sorry, but this product is poorly made. Getting a refund now. DO NOT BUY!

Easy and straight forward install, mine came with double sided foam tape to install which I would rather do than drill into my sheet metal anyways. Color is as described, good brightness, and excellent beam pattern. Work great on my 2020 Tacoma with factory projector bulbs.I think a lot of people’s issues stem from trying to fit these on old cars not designed to be compatible with HIDs. To maximize your value you really need projector bulbs. Beam pattern will suck on reflectors if you use anything but halogens, even LEDs aren’t great. Your cars electrical system needs to be able to handle a higher load (having an AGM battery is ideal), and if you have the type of DRLs that use the low beam on low power these will be a PITA.

The people over at Innovited were so very helpful and informative!I was wanting to upgrade the Halogen incandescent headlight lamps in the projectors on my 2011 Mercedes W211. I tried several LED options and none were worth the effort. I was looking forward to 1/10th the current and a fraction of the heat. what a disappointment. Then I bought a set of the Innovited H7 5000K HID Xenon Bulb x 1 Pair Bundle with 2 x 55W Platinum Digital Ballast. 5000K was the perfect color temp for these projector assemblies, and the natural 360 degree emission has no pattern artifacts (like all the LED options have). After installing these, it's hard to believe how bright they are and how well they work. I was able to mount the ballast inside the new OEM headlights so nothing needed to be mounted outside the headlight assemblies, all looks completely stock and these are brighter than my 2016 E63 stock HID's. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good set. Does what it supposed to. Mine went out less than a year, right side.. Contacted them. They sent me a new one less than a week. They honored their warranty. Super plus. Some company doesn’t. Will be ordering more. Great company. Deserve their flowers.

first of all I received the item late and in top of that after I installed into the car, it doesn’t work. I contacted the company and i still waiting for answers or to exchange for item the it work.

Bought this as a replacement for a single bulb to replace a burnt out one on my truck. These lights work great, but have to be replaced in pairs. The bulbs even though the same brand and same color temperature are slightly different in color. This is probably due to the other side being 6 years old. Anyway, change them as a set and you are good to go. They work really well up here in the long dark winters of central Alaska. Would recommend, I have this brand on all my vehicles and very satisfied with the longevity and durability of the product in our harsh Alaskan environment.
