The best adapters for 6.35 mm to 3.5 mm jacks ever made. Cheaper than Amazon Basics but WAY better quality! Absolutely recommend getting a ton of these if you have a sound studio. Plug them into literally *every single quarter inch jack you can*. They get lost really easily (I've gone through at least 1 a year that I can recall and I'm pretty good about not losing things). Oh and they don't have threads, no stupid problems with putting an AUX cable into one of these. Do be careful, they will snap right off if you put too much tension sideways on them. Always make sure cables aren't pulled taught at right angles or else you'll ruin your cables and the adapters and the line jacks.

I like this. Package had two adapters. Feels high quality with a good grip for removal. Fits all my standard 3.5mm stereo head jacks to a secure "snap" sounding fit. Got this for a Yamaha electric piano that required a 6.35mm plug to play/listen using headphones.

I saw several questions regarding if this would work with a 4-pole 3.5mm connector and the answer was no. I found out that the answer really is yes, it will work just fine, so long as you don't need to have your mic connected or are using some sort of balanced setup. I have had others that don't have the connector pins in the correct place and you only get mono audio out of them as one channel is actually positioned for the mic. Not this one, it just works as I would expect it to. The build quality seems good. It's nothing fancy, but it is solid and the knurled end is easy to grip for plugging and unplugging of the adapter. It seats firmly in my amp (1/4") and the 3.5mm end firmly accepts the headphone plug. The audio quality is good. There are no pops or cracks when the connector spins around, gets yanked on, etc. The connections are positive and snug, so I would not expect any issues with audio transmission, and there aren't any. I have not used this product for too long, so I can not attest to the resiliency of how these will wear. As far as I can tell, they seem every bit as good as ones I have been using for the past 20-30 years, but somehow manage to not have with me when I need them. These are cheap enough, I just bought several and I will leave them around, so that they are on hand when needed (home, work, backpack, etc.).

I have no idea how this product managed to amass good reviews. Aside from looking nice, there are no other redeeming qualities... such as a stereo sound. It only works, sort of, if you lightly/barely place the 1/8” plug inside the adapter. It’s as if the plug just doesn’t fit. Update: You cannot plug this thing into an input which expect a mono signal, or it will understandably sound bad. After using this fir a stereo output for my headphones, it worked flawlessly. I suspect all the bad reviews have some sort of user error associated with it. I recommend this product. Make sure your application is stereo not mono. I.e, some audio interface inputs require mono.

Ordered these as needed a new adapter for a set of £100 headphones to enable listening to music through a separates system. I was getting mono sound or intermittent sound through one earpiece with the old adapter, so needed a replacement. These looked and sounded good quality at a very reasonable price, so thought I'd go ahead and order. They arrived promptly and were well packaged. They work perfectly, seem really good quality, fit nice and tightly onto the 3.5mm jack with a reassuring click, and the sound through my headphones is back to it's usual excellence. As you get 2 adapters in the pack I've got one spare for a rainy day, but should i need another one I'll definitely buy these again. Excellent item.
