Almost Bat Free!!
I now have 3 of these in my very large barn and they work great (although I need 2 more). I had bat droppings everywhere and bats in and out of the barn all night. These bat systems work really well and I am so happy with them. They are easy to set up, no noise I can hear, and no brightness. To keep bats out...they are worth the cost. Just wish they made ones for bigger areas.

Patience is a virtue
The product works but users must be patient. It takes time to become effective. Customer service from company is outstanding.. Ken is there to answer questions or deal with problems and make recommendations.

Worked great for about a year, then speaker blew
Great product, very effective, easy to use and install. It drove the bats in our attic nuts and they all got out of there! Vaccuumed up the bat guano so we could track whether the bats had returned. Went a whole year with no bats. Then, heard a "clicking" noise from the supersonic speaker. Then a little later two clicking noises (from both speakers). Then, guano. Been managing with cinnamon/thyme spray and moth balls, but trying to keep them out of the attic is a job. Verdict: It works great until it doesn't, and apparently it can't take the heat in my super-scorcher of an Attic in Missouri. Gonna try another similar product to see if it lasts longer.

Bats were GONE….so we thought!
I read all the reviews before ordering and, like many others, we had tried everything from moth balls to essential oils, with no success. The first night of usage, there was definitely a decline in the number of bats that were roosting under our patio overhang! The second night, they were gone! We were ecstatic! No more bat urine, poop and dead bugs below the areas they used to hang. My husband decided to turn the unit off to see if the bats would return. After a few nights, they did return. So, he turned it back on and they disappeared again. HOWEVER, we discovered that the presence of bats in our area is seasonal. So, from the end of October until April, bats aren’t even in our area! That’s why they were gone. April rolls around and even though we have our “Ultrasonic Bat Repelling System” plugged in, we are getting bats every night! We tried switching to different levels, no success! The extensive instructions say to contact Cleanrth if we have tried all the settings and they would assist with further efforts. Contacted through the Amazon link. On June 4, I received an email from Michelle, asking which product and which pest. (UMMM…I contacted through the product link from my purchase, shouldn’t they have that info?) I responded at 8:36 am to the email with the necessary information. On June 28 after receiving no further response, I sent another email. To this date, September 27, I have yet to hear back from the company! I feel like we just threw away $64! Product is useless long term and the customer service is PATHETIC!! Don’t walk away from this product…RUN, if you don’t want to lose your hard earned money like we did!! See video of product working within 20 feet of a bat!

An extremely effective product and superb customer service
A word of caution on my headline – the product documentation makes clear that not all bats and bat infestations are alike. Some are more difficult and persistent, but CLEANRTH offers customer service to help tailor a solution to your particular problem. I know this to be true and wanted to describe my own experience. For a two-week period beginning in July, I had been experiencing 2-3 bats each night inside my house – the first time I’ve ever experienced this. I read everything I could find online on how to resolve the problem. Step one was watching for bat activity at dusk and saw a flurry of activity around my chimney. Inside my house, I installed bird netting to keep bats from entering through my fireplace. I also blocked-off the entranceway to my sunroom where they always seemed to gravitate. This was modestly effective at trapping them once they were inside or restricting them in one area where I could open a door or window to flush them outside, but I still had to find a solution to keep them out. After two weeks and of losing quite a bit sleep, I reached a breaking point when I heard something rustling under my desk and looked down to find one in my waste basket. Photos and videos are attached to illustrate my problem. Through videos and articles online I installed a couple exit vents at potential access points, but I several experts recommended against sealing outside entry points in June-July because it’s a birthing period and will seal juvenile bats inside (and I did find one juvenile bat crawling in my kitchen sink). Several resources recommended against ultrasonic devices, saying that they would be ineffective because bats may eventually become accustomed to the noise. CLEANRTH offers solutions for this concern, and I was willing to try anything. My CLEANRTH CB006 arrived in three days – about a week earlier than the estimated delivery window. I didn’t set it up immediately because I wanted to first review the instructions thoroughly. By the time I plugged it in that evening I had already contended with two bats in my house. It has now been ten-days since I first plugged it in, and I haven’t seen a single bat in my house since. The instructions mention that bats can be persistent, and it may take some time for the ultrasonic system to fully repel all bats, so CLEANRTH invites customers to contact them with questions or advice specific to your particular bat problem. After a few day, I wrote with a couple questions and to ask what I should expect over the next several days/weeks. CLEANRTH replied immediately with answers to my questions and recommendations for continued success. They also asked that I update them on progress to make sure my problem was completely resolved. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that. After ten-days, my home is bat-free; although I’ll keep the system running and still want to inspect and seal every square inch of the outside of my house in the Fall, so I don’t ever have to deal with this problem again. However, this system was reasonably priced and fantastically effective. I’m grateful to the CLEANRTH for both the product and a superior customer service experience. If you have bats in your home, I highly recommend you try this product and trust that when this company says they stand by their product and will help you resolve your particular bat problem, they genuinely mean it.

This works against bats and mice!
I have had this product since 2019. I bought it to rid bats from an attic of an old farmhouse. It worked so well that the bats found a way to come into the house from the attic to get away from the noise. Not fun. I do want to mention that for the last 5 years this unit has been placed in our camper during winter and we have not had a single mouse issue. The unit does bother my dog so please be kind to your pets with these things. Worth every penny!
