This soothes my throat when I have a cough. I am allergic to all cough medicine, and since this is made of natural ingredients, I can take this for cough. However, if you are used to the regular over-the-counter cough medicine and you don’t get allergic reactions from them like me, then the regular over-the-counter cough medicines are more effective. The Natural Herb Loquat Extract is milder and soothing, but you won’t get fast results like you fo with other cough meds. It’s great for me because the other ones are not an option for me. I like it.

This was the go to medicine for my parents and family for anything to do with coughing sore throats and other upper respiratory symptoms. I loved it as a child and am still using it for myself as well as my family. In my opinion this is a good natural and healthy medicine and it's a pleasure for me to reccomend it.

This product helps quiet a dry cough immediately for myself, my husband and my kids. My mom even started to use it and loved it! I've had to purchase twice and will most likely be purchasing more for the season change (allergies).

Everyone should have a bottle of this in their Medicine Chest. It works a charm for that dry cough that won't go away. Especially the non productive cough that appears for no real good reason. This silences the coughing and gives your throat a chance to rest. Five stars doesn't seem enough.
