Mas depois de desembalada, principalmente se você abrir o zíper da capa um pouco para aerar mais rápido, ela vai expandindo a espuma até chegar a seu tamanho final. Não é muito grande, então não fica desconfortável para o paciente acamado. Utilizamos para auxiliar na mudança de decúbito - a cunha posicionada nas costas da pessoa de forma a evitar que se desvire, garantindo ficar um pouco lateralizado para evitar úlcera de pressão.
