Works and looks great.
These cleats are excellent, especially when using them around areas that are visible to people, such as patios, decks gazebos and other areas. They have smooth lines, they are strong, and if you’re using them with retractable shades, or roller shades, they’re perfect. Can’t beat it for the price. they’re the perfect size for most applications and they’re obviously durable and look great.

works with 5/16 and 3/8 rope
I installed eye bolts (rated at 650 pounds) in rafters to suspend e-bikes for mechanical work. (I don't have to work on my knees, I can see better, a bike won't fall over, and the wheels turn freely.) A pulley would reduce friction, but if I raise and secure one end at a time, I can lift with one hand as I pull the rope with the other. Tying off 20 feet of rope was a hassle. I bought cleats because it takes just one hand to twist a loop over a horn and pull it tight. It won't come undone but can easily be released. A cleat can also keep excess rope out of the way. A 3-foot rope would have been dandy to hang a scale to weigh a 24 pound table, but my rope was 30 feet. With a cleat, I could drop the rope on the ground, bring one end over the cleat, through the eye bolt, and down to tie to the scale. The excess stayed out of my way below the cleat.

Work fine for my pulley system
I got these to wrap rope around from a pulley system. Was concerned that they were nylon and not steel. But gave them a shot. They are stiff and had no flex in them. They work great. Great price.
