Fantastic. I've been using Energy by NOW for 9 or 10 years. And they are absolutely great. This product is the ONLY ONE that delivers real energy. There is no crash or anxiety, just a giddy-up to your step. I only take 1. I have made the mistake of taking 2 at the same time. I do not advise this, unless you are in the mood that day to re-roof your home, or build a 3000 sq. ft. shed in 1 day. And taking more than 1 MAY cause anxiety, because these awesome things pack a punch. So be forewarned. Sad that they've doubled their price in a short period of time, but what can you do? I also use NOW brand as my #1 go-to for all vitamins & minerals, when I am in the market for some. They are consistent & of great quality.

I take it for endurance workout. I take one capsule every couple of hours or so to keep me alert and focused. I sometimes combine it with timed release caffeine for better results to avoid caffeine crash.
